Effective October 10, 2026 · Lumio early-access website
This notice concerns the Lumio early-access waitlist, not the full app or its future features.
What we collect
If you sign up, we collect your email address, your consent time, confirmation and delivery status, and limited signup source information (such as whether you came from Instagram). We use short-lived, pseudonymous network rate-limit fingerprints to reduce automated abuse; raw visitor IP addresses are not stored in the waitlist quota table.
Why we use it
We use your email to verify that you asked to join, send a welcome message, provide an early-access or launch invitation, and share occasional product news only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails. We do not sell your contact information.
Who handles it
We use Supabase to store waitlist records, Resend to deliver emails, and our site hosting platform to serve the website. Our hosting platform processes network information needed for abuse prevention. These services may process data in their operating regions.
Your choices
Confirming your email is voluntary. If you don't confirm, you won't join the confirmed list. You can unsubscribe from later updates using the link in our welcome message. To request deletion or access, reply to any email you receive from Lumio, or use the contact address published in our verified sender details.
Security & retention
The signup database is not publicly readable. We store only a cryptographic hash of email-confirmation tokens. Unconfirmed signups may be removed periodically; confirmed records are kept while needed for early-access communication or until deletion is requested, subject to applicable obligations.
Changes
We may update this notice as the product develops. Significant changes will be reflected here.
